Rhody Dillon, President Rhody Dillon, SIOR
Rhody Dillon, president, is a Raleigh native and a 1973 graduate from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Mr. Dillon opened the business in 1995, having spent the previous 14 years with a multi-national commercial real estate company as head of sales for the Raleigh/RTP office. He operated a small general construction company for a number of years, where he gained a full understanding of commercial construction. Mr. Dillon is married and active in numerous faith-based and civic organizations in the Raleigh area.


Les Pearce Les Pearce
A Raleigh native and a graduate of UNC Chapel Hill Business School, Les's experience includes 17 years with Progress Energy, where he was manager of corporate real estate and responsible for over $500 million of land and facilities. Les is a member of National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) and the Triangle Commercial Association of Realtors (TCAR). He joined Dillon Commercial in April of 2000, where he specializes in acquisition and sales of investment properties, land acquisition and tenant representation.


Bob Woronoff Bob Woronoff
Bob is a 1982 graduate of UNC Chapel Hill and a 1986 MBA graduate from The University of Virginia. Bob worked for over 20 years in the newspaper business, working for The Washington Post and then serving as Treasurer and Business Manager at The News and Observer Publishing Company, playing an important role in selling the firm to The McClatchy Company. In 1999, he started Benmot Publishing Company Inc. Also in 1999, Bob also helped launch Vital Source Technologies, a venture backed start-up that specialized in creating digital textbooks. In 2006, Vital Source Technologies was acquired by Ingram Industries. And in 2008 he sold his holdings in Benmot. Bob has worked in the financial services industry the last six years and now has decided to focus on helping our firm provide brokerage services to our customers. He currently serves on the Advisory Board of The Salvation Army and is Treasurer of Christ Church Raleigh.
